Shipping & Returns

Payment

Payment for goods must be made by either Cheque, Bank Deposit or Credit Card through our highly security partnership with Paypal before dispatch of the order, unless a different agreement has been made with the customer. If the price of ordered items changes, the customer will be contacted before the order is dispatched.

Returns Policy


Goods deemed unsuitable must be returned unused, in their original condition with all original packaging within 14 working days. Goods returned in any condition other than their original condition will not qualify for a refund. A refund will be made in the form of bank cheque or credit placed on your account.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Goods in stock will be shipped within 3 working days from time payment/order is received. Goods will be sent by New Zealand Post for small items or www.castleparcels.co.nz for larger items where you can use your tracking number to check status (or freight carriers for tables) unless otherwise specified or requested by the customer. If any ordered items are not in stock, the customer will be notified immediately. Please allow 3-4 weeks for non stock items to be shipped from our overseas supplier.

All NEW ZEALAND orders will attract a $5 shipping  fee  excluding:  tables, barriers, umpire  tables, robo pong etc, which have fixed shipping costs.

All AUSTRALIAN orders will attract  a $10 shipping fee excluding: tables, barriers, umpire tables,  robo pong etc, which have fixed shipping costs.

FREE
Shipping will apply on all orders over $200 throughout New Zealand only, excluding: tables, barriers, umpire tables, robots etc.

International Shipping

DONIC New Zealand can ship internationally to most countries around the world on a case by case basis, please contact us first to confirm shipping costs with us before ordering.
